Cancellations, Shipping & Returns
Cancellation Policy
Any subscriptions made are for a minimum term of 3 months. If you are a subscriber before 01/04/2025 you are able to cancel before 3 months are up, due to policy being put in place following the launch of The One Off Book Box. Please note, you are able to pause your subscription at any point. Subscriptions will be paused for a maximum of 3 consecutive months before the subscription is made live again. These subscriptions will not be cancelled until 3 payments have been made.
If you wish to cancel order after payment has been made, refunds will only be issued if the cancellation requested within seven days of your payment. When notifying us of your cancellation, please specify whether you are cancelling only future orders or if you would like to cancel and request refunds for previous orders well.

Please note if you fail to make payments instead of honouring the 3 month minimum any orders made within 6 months will be cancelled.
Shipping Policy
Welcome to The Indecent Book Club's shipping information. We strive to provide a seamless experience for our customers, ensuring that they receive their monthly subscription packages with ease. At The Indecent Book Club, we are committed to transparency and simplicity. Our boxes ship between the 10th and 20th of the month, you will receive tracking information alongside notification of dispatch.
Orders ship the following month after the subscription starts, for example: if you order in January your first box will be received in February.
The lead time on apparel is 3 weeks as the items are made to order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our return and exchange policy is a testament to our dedication to customer satisfaction. If for any reason our customers wish to make a return or exchange, we make the process hassle-free.
We understand that sometimes preferences change, and we are here to accommodate those changes. If you are unsatisfied with your box please contact us morgan@theindecentbookclub.co.uk and we will work to rectify the issue.
