Our specific niche is indie authors - we understand there are nuances to this term and there is a debate as to whether those represented by independent publishing houses “count” as indie authors. Both arguments are valid. However, our focus is on self published authors.
We read books before confirming them. This allows us to make sure they are in the right box and that we have a wide variety of genres and sub genres throughout the year. With this in mind, we now require you to provide a copy of your book for consideration (the format of the book doesn't matter - we will accept e-books and physical copies), once we have produced a short list we will contact authors to arrange these.
As the author the only cost of taking part is providing the review copy, if selected you will be paid a royalty alongside payment for the books (we will of course cover print costs, postage and any fees). You can have as much or as little input as to what is included in the box as you would like but the final decision will be based on what fits within our budget.
